​Because of your generosity, we were also able to help the Ukranian refugees entering Moldova with basic necessities as well as travel needs.

Projects: 

• ​We began by assisting with trauma care for trafficked children and moved into hosting a camp for the children in our village.  

• Support a family that fosters young people until they are able to get on their feet

The village we adopted: The Democratic Republic of Congo within the Kasai Oriental Province.

Projects: 

• The majority of our sponsor children are from here

• Help with clean water systems

• Help provide micro-loans for women/mothers to start businesses

• Supply fish to stock their ponds

• Books for library

• Welcome Home Program to set up houses for refugee families new to our area

• Cleaning Program

• Refugee Fun Day Camp

We have facilitated the beginnings of a literacy program.  Our long-term goal is to work with teachers and provide books to help with a long-term literacy program.
